Sabina discusses her practice with ART MAKER:
"I take my role as an artist with lightness and delight. I experience boundless joy and fulfillment when working in my studio. Whenever I feel awe, I try to find a way to capture it in my art. My approach to painting and drawing on the oil allows me to create a language and rhythm filled with textured colors, playful lines, moving patterns, and curious inhabitants set in majestic landscapes. My paintings celebrate connections between the natural world and human relationships full of love, mundane yet heartwarming activities, and encouragement to slowdown, tread lightly, and live in the present moment. I prefer to be a bearer of good news in an often-confusing world and tap the immense power of color and images to restore and lift the spirit. Through my art, engender tranquility, delight in Nature, and appreciation for being alive."
